If someone invited you here, you are already known and valued. We exist to walk alongside Christian leaders carrying the weight of calling. Choose the program that fits your situation below.

Before you begin: We offer two distinct programs. Please read both descriptions carefully to ensure you are starting the correct application. If you are unsure which fund applies to your situation, reach out before applying — we would rather help you get it right than have you restart.

Available Programs

Scholars Fund
Helping children of Christian missionaries and church staff pursue higher education without the crushing weight of tuition.
Opens April 1, 2026

Eligibility

  • Child of paid Antioch Movement staff or missionary
  • Full-time, part-time, or bivocational placement
  • Pursuing undergraduate degree or trade school
  • U.S. institutions (attending internationally? Contact us first)
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA required

Disbursement

  • Funds paid directly to the student's educational institution
  • Not disbursed to applicants directly

Jubilee Fund
Targeted relief for Christian leaders facing unexpected hardship, mission-critical expenses, or significant life transitions.

Eligibility

  • Christian missionaries or church staff (not limited to the Antioch Movement)
  • Must be serving in a ministry or missionary capacity — not open to general church members
  • Application validated by Rivergate Foundation
  • Formal referral letter required from pastoral or organizational leadership
  • Pastor, Elder, Supervisor, or regional oversight

Disbursement

  • Funds paid directly to providers or institutions
  • Examples: hospitals, clinics, auto dealerships
  • Funds are never disbursed directly to applicants

What You May Need to Apply

Requirements vary by application. Gather these before you start — you can save and return at any time.

  • A short personal statement or story
  • Referral or recommendation letter
  • School enrollment or income verification
  • Invoices, estimates, or supporting documents
  • Contact details and basic background information

How the Process Works

All applications are reviewed by the Rivergate Foundation team. Our goal is a response within 10 business days of a complete submission.

  • Applications reviewed for eligibility and documentation
  • Referral letter verified with leadership contact
  • Disbursement arranged directly with provider or institution
  • Applicant notified at each stage of review

How to Get Started

Create an Account Create a free GoodGrants account using your email address. You will receive a 6-digit verification code to confirm your identity before you begin.

Select Your Role GoodGrants will ask if you are an Applicant/Organizer or a Recipient. Choose Applicant/Organizer — this is the person completing and submitting the application.

Submit for Review Complete all required fields and submit. The Rivergate team handles the rest and will contact you at each stage of review.
