Chris Otts brings over two decades of experience in pastoral leadership, nonprofit strategy, and marketplace innovation. As Rivergate Foundation’s Chief Giving Officer, he lives out his calling to cultivate generosity and build practical pathways that meet real needs. With a heart for those who’ve given their lives to serving the Church, Chris bridges the worlds of faith, philanthropy, and business—championing lasting solutions that help leaders stay faithful for the long haul.

Chris has served as an associate, lead, and executive pastor, sits on the U.S. board of Resource Global, and has led in both nonprofit and business sectors. Married to Christie since 2004, he’s a proud father of four: Micah, Gavin, Sawyer, and Shannelle.

Greg McEachern is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership experience across construction, real estate, and financial technology. He currently serves as President of Rivergate Ventures, Inc. and Rivergate Properties, Chairman of the Board for Advantage Aircraft Services, and Co-Founder and Operating Partner of Paso Arroyo Construction.

Prior to these roles, Greg served as President of Data Systems of Texas from 2015 to 2022, where he led the company and its affiliated businesses to 250% growth over seven years. These companies included Sharetec Systems, Inc., a software development firm for credit unions; Unicom Technologies, a managed service provider; and CU Books, Inc., which offered outsourced bookkeeping and CFO services for credit unions.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Baylor University. Greg has been happily married to Lindsey since 2006.  They have three kids: Addyson, Caleb, and Emma Grace who are involved in various church, school and volunteer activities across Waco.

Weston Nichols is a strategic and results-driven executive with a proven track record of building and leading successful ventures across multiple industries. He currently serves as President of Rivergate Capital Partners and Rivergate Enterprises, where he oversees investment strategy, operational leadership, and business development. He is also a partner in several growing companies, including Advantage Aircraft Services Inc., Paso Arroyo Construction, and Rivergate Lawn and Landscape, contributing executive oversight and strategic direction.

Prior to establishing Rivergate, Mr. Nichols founded and led Aspen Eye Technologies from 2011 to 2023. Under his leadership, the firm provided high-impact strategic planning and marketing solutions to ophthalmic and genetic testing companies, driving product launches, national market expansion, and business growth. Earlier in his career, he spearheaded the Western U.S. expansion of Carpenter Bus, where he built and led a high-performing commercial transportation operation.

Lindsey McEachern is a Baylor University graduate with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a background in ministry and community leadership. She spent several years in Sheffield, England, working with AMI to support college students and young adults, and helped launch a children’s ministry.

Since returning to Waco, Lindsey has taken on a variety of volunteer leadership roles. She served as President of the Parent, Teachers, and Friends organization at her children’s private school and as Chair of the Teacher Appreciation Committee. She also served as Co-President of Belles and Brass, a high school youth program under the Waco Symphony Council, and is a former member of the Junior League of Waco. Lindsey remains closely involved in church, school, and youth programs throughout the community.

Lindsey has been married to Greg since 2006. They have three children—Addyson, Caleb, and Emma Grace—who are active in school, church, and community life across Waco.
