Rivergate Foundation wasn’t launched because of a business idea—it was born out of a burden.
With over 50 years of experience in pastoral ministry and 50 years in marketplace leadership, our team has witnessed firsthand the systemic gaps that faithful leaders face. We kept hearing the same refrain from church leaders:
I believe in my calling—but I don’t know how to keep doing this.
They spoke of tuition bills they couldn’t cover, emergencies they couldn’t absorb, retirements they couldn’t prepare for. And in some cases, they were quietly asking if there was another way—another job, another path—just to meet the growing needs.
We founded Rivergate because we’ve lived that tension ourselves. We’ve experienced what it’s like to be called by God and still not know how to make the numbers work.
And we’ve stepped out of vocational ministry, not to walk away from it, but to build something strong enough to help others stay.
Rivergate exists to provide the kind of proactive, practical, strategic support that faithful families need. Our mission is to ensure that those who serve the Church can remain in their calling—and flourish in it.
