Their income has supported ministry, raised families, and covered urgent needs—but left little margin for long-term sustainability. As they approach their most fruitful years, too many are faced with uncertainty, insecurity, and difficult choices.
Rivergate’s Retirement Preparedness initiative exists to change that.

The Church has invested generations into the beginning of a pastor's ministry. Rivergate exists to honor the end of it, too. We are building practical tools, access to retirement savings structures, and a community of support for leaders within ten to fifteen years of finishing well. Pilot partnerships are forming now.
